Regarding CMA... I'm a business customer of theirs and I've received 2 years in a row notices from the company that my account is in arrears when invoices are not being sent to me. I do not receive statements about my payment history on a regular basis. During 2012-2013 tax year I was charged to pay the account when in fact I made one payment double and was actually ahead in my account.
I've updated my personal details at the Pretoria North Branch, and for some reason the Head-Office does not get updated about this, or they just do not care to update the details they receive. It is not that I dispute payments or not. Communication from the accounts department are slow.
As it stands at the moment I do not want to use their services any more. They did update me to pay CIPRO fees every year, I have to find out today that payments to CIPRO is in arrears for 2 years... who knows what else I should have received notices for, as I received none.
I'm done talking to the accounts department of this company, I'm currently hunting for a new Auditor and Financial Adviso
