My husband has tried on several occasions to contact ABSA to register an insurance claim as our house was struck by lightening. He has yet to be able to register the claim although he has a reference/claim number: 2519877. On Friday when he called and asked what was going on, no one knew what the claim was for? He has been on hold for two hours today and still can't find out what is going on. No one returns calls and all contact numbers are invalid!
Please can someone help!
