Monies missing from my account

Its already been a few years if my memory serves me as have reported to Absa several times and awaited their feedback. My account was closed.

Not giving any one the authority of the closure of my account. Have since received a new account number and with very less monies that were initially invested before my initial account was closed.

ABSA have not given me any information from whom and how or which person had instructed this to be done. Have requested information from their archives and they have failed to provide me with evidence of the missing funds from my account.
