I am extremely unhappy with this issue on the 3rd october an amount of R3000 and some change has been removed from my absa money builder account regarding my absa vehicle finance account.
what worries me banks have laws in regards to protecting peoples money and if they can do that they should not be in business. To my knowledge this monies were taken from my account without my authority and the worse part is that there was no comunication from anyone at absa that monies will be debited and for which i do have incontact which is paid by me to transact money moving, i did not even receive an sms. Today 5th october i have been to absa bank branch in regards to this problem only for me to stand at they telephone and listern to a bunch of nonsence. legally when i have openned my money builder account a was advised and i do know that no transaction can tack place on these type of accounts so how did this money go missing without any information that is called . i did then call absa collections dept and the phones don't work i had to call absa telephone banking to get a number did get through but i waste because i have been given another number for a person that phones doesn't
