I aught to know everyone's names at the complaints department by now, but I'm as useless with names as SBSA is with service.
Fish Hoek branch closed their doors and blamed it on the national telecoms provider, although other banks were open and busy as usual right next door. They were not denying their customers service.
Today was the only time I had time to go to the bank to collect my card while the bank is open (they work like the government, only from tea till lunch).
So, now that I am denied access to the bank that is keeping my card, they may keep it. I have contacted SBSA customer service on a well known 140 char social network who assured me I won't get charged if not collected, made a screenshot if need be. I can only assume that you can agree with me or make special arrangements to accommodate me after yet another incident of total unnecessary inconvenience.
I'm looking forward to your acknowledgement or alternative suggestion.
