Horrible Service from Absa

I have a Cheque account at Absa, I requested at the branch to have the account closed in December 2012, it never happend. I got a call in February 2013 and phoned 086 number and requested again to have the account closed.

Now 5 months down the line Absa wants to charge me for bank fees for an account I had requested to close!!!

This is why I moved my account in the first place.
