I made an EFT to a STD Bank Account that gave an error because the account is closed, on the 28 Oct. I made countless inquiries but the funds have not returned to my account. I've sent emails and visited both Absa & Std Bank branches and made inquiries via email to Absa digital, missing payments & general inquiries. Ref: [EC: 5661D606] & [EC: 16285748]. Its been well over the 7-10 working day turn around period but everyday when I call i get the same unclear unsatisfactory answer.
