Inconvenience on Claim

To whom is may concern i am unhappy with the service from you guys due to that fact that you will b Inconveniencing us as an accident had taken place last month and service was up to standard till lately
we have now been told that our vehicle will take another 20 days to be resolved and that the car hire option that was available;e to us is now has to be returned however this is on due to the fact that the vehicle seated with the mechanic is yet sorted and that we now should fit a bill to extend the rental agreement with rental agency to fit our needs QUESTION!!! WHY SHOULD WE DO SUCH? are we not paying a premium for a service?
why do i have to now use public transport to get on with my day to day duties wen i have a car sitting at a mechanic for reason that are valid however the inconvenience being cause is totally unacceptable

OUTSURANCE PLEASE ASSIST CAUSE IM AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL and i need this issue resolved by end of business today with a way forward...
