For the second time in 3 years Outsurance is incompetant.
This time though I phoned on Friday requesting a rental car for Monday (as advised by Outsurance when I phoned in Feb) as my vehicle is goung in for accident repairs. Only to be advised that its not included on my motor insurance. There is no way I will leave that out, in fact I can remember how I specifically asked for I bigger rental vehicle than the normal in case I should need it because we take the boat and caravan very often and dont want to be stuck with a 1400 vehicle. Now they have to go listen to the recordings but in the mean while I am without a car.
My issue is, why can they not do a proper job when taking out a insurance, and just hear what they want to when talking to customers. Any they are in no means in a hurry to help... Waiting for the manager to listen to the recording when they have time.
I dont know how many more times I will have to phone to get something out of them.
