I don't like to complain, but I have found your service extremely inefficient. I know you have a great reputation, and you come highly recommended, which is why I joined.
You have had my vehicle for 27 days now, without providing any kind of courtesy car or hired car and I find this unacceptable. This time-frame is completely excessive for the nature of the repair. I can't keep up with my business and am finding myself more and more frustrated each day that passes. It was returned yesterday, but the wrong wheel rim was replaced and the tyre still has not been replaced. It is not safe to drive at all. The body work is great though.
My initial contact with Outsurance was fast and efficient, but there seems to be a break in the communication channels somewhere, and everything has become very very very slow.
Please sort this out. I need a car TODAY, I can go hire one and send you the bill, or please provide me with a courtesy vehicle while this gets sorted out. This is not right. My claim number is 99860434.
