Poor service and poor feedback

I was involved in a vehicle accident on 3February 2013.They gave me the cost of repair and gave me the option to write the vehicle off. When I called back to confirm they advised me that they are investigating my claim as I am not yet 6 months with Outsurance. After investigation they found all was in order and delivered my vehicle to Centurion Panel Beaters on 12February. I called Centurion Panel Beaters on 15 February 2013. I spoke to Juan and he could at first not find my vehicle. After an hour he advised me the vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks. I sent an e-mail again on 26February. They then responded that the vehicle will only be ready in 8-10 days. Outsurance advised me to return my vehicle on 6March. I advised outsurance that my vehicle is still not ready and due to them taking so long with the investigation the whole process was made even slower. I asked them to extend the vehicle rental but they have not given me any feedback. Outsurance has not followed up with the panelbeater once regarding my vehicle. And I am calling outsurance and they only say they will relay the issue to Merinda and I constantly email Marinda and she definitely does not bend over backwards to assist me.
