Staff who dont know what they doing

At the outset - Outsurance's level of communication is shocking. Clause 2 of the documents signed, quite clearly, in black and white, stipulates 30 WORKING DAYS. This means that I need to return the car issued to my by the 22/2/2012. Now receiving sms's from AVIS saying car to be returned by 9am today being the 13/2/2013. Called offices to discuss this matter. Staff member could not help gave me ref no 20171124 told me supervisor would call back. This was 3 days ago. Still waiting, called back supervisor is busy. Furthermore, I bring the following to your attention:- 1.I pay OUTSURANCE a policy and the car hire is included. 2. OUTSURANCE made arrangements and booked the car with AVIS, I car. 3. OUTSURANCE pay AVIS not me. I have already paid OUTSURANCE, this is included in my monthly installment. 4.The rental agreement is between OUTSURANCE and AVIS, why now am I referred to the rental agreement that I signed with AVIS. I didn't sign a rental agreement I signed for the release of the car into my possession. 1 will NOT pay any extra rental for the vehicle as I am still well within my 30 working days, as pet the agreement that I signed with OUTSURANCE on the 14th January 2013.
