Unfair treatment towards customers

I have been paying insurances to cover my S3 mini phone since Dec 2012. At the time the phone was valued at R5500 and my installment was R120.00pm because of the price bracket. Three weeks ago i have lost my phone and it has been endless troubles to process the claim. finaly the claim has been approved and more problems surfaced. the solution? replace me with the same phone S3 mini now valued at R2999. i have been paying R120 pm if u giving me a phone that is no longer valued within that bracket of R5500 then why didnt my monthly premium come down when the value of the phone came down? i requested for the TL and all she could throw in my face is T&C rude and unethical customer services skills she even told me to take them to the Ombudsman. This insurance company is unethical and unfair poor customers letting them think they paying high premiums to cover for the value of the phone bought at the time.
