Its been well over 3 weeks since iv filed the claim, . everyday it costs me money to phone and follow up and all im told is " we still awaiting approval and the claim is now gone to third party and according to them i am not covered ' as if the claim has to be sent half way across the world for approval. Iv got such a strong feeling that its just a matter of time before my claim comes back declined on a clause im sure their taking so long to soup up, but yet every month when they receive their premium from me there is absolutely no problem. To be honest after calculating it to date, i have paid in monthly premiums to Finrite the equivalent of the cost of buying a new phone today, yes i could of replaced my phone with ease today had i not taken out this insurance, i dread them declining my claim because than i would of lost 1) my phone 2) all the money i have paid to date to Finrite for the insurance and than im going to have to 3) buy a new phone and pay out of my pocket for it. Yet another clear case of the rich getting richer #sigh!
