I was on my way to Shoprite when I was robbed of my cellphone.
Thank goodness I signed up for cellphone insurance when I bought my phone from Markhams.
In return for paying my monthly premium of R62.50.
After a 2 weeks waiting my claims to be finalised, I've got a call from Markhams to come and get another phone, to my surprise I was given MTN Blackberry 9360 which now costs R2299, whereas Vodacom BB 9360 is R2999. The salesperson told me that He cant do otherwise the fault is not on their side. I must contact Finrite.
I don't understand why Finrite gave me a MTN cellphone with less value whereas I have been paying 62.50 which means I qualify (R2601 - R3500), now I am forced to used Mtn.
Plz tell me - Is how you rip off your clients?
