My blackberry was sent in in June this year its been 4 months and i ha vent got my phone yet. ive been told that my phone was going to be replaced and i would need to pay R1000 extra to get a better phone. the insurance claim has can through however its been more tha 2 weeks and no phone yet??? i mean how long is someone going to wait for a phone that they are paying for. its 3 quarter of the year the insurance department has my phone yet I'm still paying for a contract for that 4 months!!! that's ridiculous!!! i need my phone and some sort of feedback would be good, very bad service from finrite!!!
