I would like to know the process followed by MTN for discontinued phones that are giving clients problems.
i took a blackberry 9800 on contract, got insurance (24mobi) via MTN, I was told my phone was valued at R6000 by MTN, but i was not told that my phone was insured for R5200, insurance called me and told me my phone was Beyond Repairs and i had to take another Blackberry worth the value of R5200, i cant choose from a different brand!! im not happy with the phones that are valued at R5200 hence i chose the BB9800, now im told i have to settle for less than what im contracted for!! if i wont be given a phone valued at the price of R6000, i must be given a BB9800 then, where MTN gets it, its not my problem!! ASAP, its been 4 weeks without a phone and im frustrated as!!
