I cannot express the disappointment I have with the way Miway has treated us, all my friends on Facebook and Twitter are going to hear about the type of service that you give your clients when they need you more. We have lodged a claim 3 December 2013, the car was written off and we have sent the disclaimer forms countless times, still no payment. Miway still continues deducting premiums and have the audacity to sell us more cover, is this the service we have been paying for all these years, this is really not fair, all our airtime calling you more than a month later this matter is still not resolved, I am truly disappointed.
