Everyone knows, these days when you receive a telephone call from a call-center its an immediate turn off as they will go on and on about how well their product will be or how your world will never be the same... "Bull-" if you ask me. Then i received a call from a polite, mannered young man (Nkanyiso Radebe) that was patient in explaining the product in detail, had me change my mind a few times and with his product knowledge had me believe in the product he was selling me and THAT is how you sell ice to an eskimo.
lol I'm still wondering how i bought into it though I am not complaining. I just wish the rest of his team at OUTSURANCE can carry him just as well as he carried them by ensuring i receive the same world class service delivery that he initially promised and believes.
