My claim remains unresolved after a month

On the 22nd of December 2013 I received notice that a severe storm that afternoon blew over a tree and caused it to fall on my steel carports. I received this news as I arrived at my holiday destination in the Cape.
I immediately contacted FNB insurance where my bond is also registered to get assistance. The consultant told me that he was unable to locate my policy number, even after I provided him with my ID number as well as the reference numbers associated with the debit orders running on my account every month. His suggested that I should phone FNB the next morning being Monday the 23rd to try and find my policy details.
On Monday the 23rd I phoned FNB and managed to register the claim with them. Claim no 801562. The consultant said that he would send and evaluator to evaluate the problem and give me feedback that day still. I got no feedback and phoned again on the 24th. This time the consultant told me that they are actually not providing the insurance and that he only passed on the information to the real insurer, Exiliti Services (Pty) Ltd. After I insisted he provided me with the details of the consultant assigned to my claim at Exiliti, Mr. Urvin Solomons.
