I have written many complaints regarding the issue of my TOP COVER... from April 2013 till December 2013, i've made calls to ABSA and written as many complaints on Hello Peter about my unhappiness treatment and breach of contract with ABSA.. when i took this TOP COVER, January 2012, i was made to believe that it will help or come to play when the unfortunate event happen that i am involve in an accident and my Insurance does not pay up full amount. and that happened (accident) and Absa decided not to pay the whole amount and on top of that i was given 2 different amounts and i SETTLED R6 500, which i was not suppose to pay as the TOP COVER WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY THE AMOUNT LEFT. as am writing now, i have reported this case to 3 ABSA BRANCHES, CAPE TOWN CBD, BRACKENFELL, BELLVILLE. AND SPOKE TO LADY IN BELLVILLE SUNBELL BRANCH (email address [Email Removed] and she promised to get back at me that was november last year to date i have not heard from her... i just want my R 6500 or if not then i suppose its high time that i switch Banks and move aways from LYING (breach contract) ABSA... and do so with my fiance, cause we both not happy... two weeks then if dont get ma money
