This is my 5th complaint if am not mistaken in a space of 2 months and still ABSA is victimising, me of my MONEY again. First they didnt stick up to they words when the offered me Top up cover for my vehicle that they financed..I was told that top cover will pay whatever left when i have an accident and unfortunately i had an accident and the insurance paid their portion and i was left with R20 000, and for sum reason the TOP COVER i was offered by ABSA, didnt pay the whole amount. i was then sent an sms (06/08/13) saying that i must pay R6, 429.42 and must contact Sbongile to arrange payments, i contacted Sbongile to arrange for payments and i asked her several time if this is the amount am owing and she said many times yes, i was not happy with the fact that they say i owe them money, i did arrange for payments and first deduction was 25/08/13 R1000 was deducted as arranged and on 09/09/13.i spoke to a manager in cape twon CBD branch and he tried to call sbongile to get more information and on 13/09/13 i was in Bellville branch to pay the R5.429.42 and i paid it. and i was done with what i owe ABSA and now they (ABSA) deducted R1000.00 again and i dont know for what.
