Same problem months apart - ABSA

I posted a complaint last year on Hello Peter. Absa life gives out my personal information to outside companies to call on their behalf for life cover. After receiving a call from ABSA life who promised that my details would be removed from their mailing lists immediately - It happened again!!
On Monday the 4th was called by Salome from Teletech to discuss life cover, on my credit card, on behalf of ABSA.
Previous complaint ref from ABSA action line - what a joke - EC290IE6DA, new number ECD773FC88 - that's all that's consistant - an automated response and then NOTHING
Hello Peter is the only way ABSA responds to complaints -WHY
