Unreliable Absa home insurance and underwriters

I am battling to get the November 2013 hail storm damages repaired. Absa appointed an incompetent company lumin light nett and ADB solution to do the repairs at my house. They came to the damages and later send me an sms to say my claim has been approved. I requested a prove of what has been approved only to find that some of the things i don't know where they got them. The is one white guy from this company who was arrogant he said he will put a default on my policy.

I made numerous calls and wrote emails to complain to absa and still there is no respond. I also phoned Absa head office no progress, i telephonic spoke to Mandy Van Eck about this subject and emailed her she works at Absa complains department but i am still in the dark. I called Mandy on the 20/01/2014 they said she is busy on the other line, i left my contact numbers and she did not call me back. I phoned the head office looking for the manager, they said Natasha Chetty is the assess manager the phone rang and ran the was no answer. one of the insurance policy letters Absa said i am a valued homeowner it looks like they were bribing me because they don't value me. I am asking for your intervention
