ABSA keeps making promises and still no delivery

On January 30th I reported ABSA for not attending to my home loan insurance claim. On 8 Nov 2012 a severe hail storm damaged my home. ABSA still has done nothing to sort out these damages even though all repairs have been approved.

It is the 11th of February and ABSA has still done nothing but attempt to appease me. They keep saying that they will get back to me... but as usual, nothing. The contact lady Elsabe Jacobs does not even acknowledge my emails to her or bother to return them. When I call her number, it never goes through. In the meantime, my kitchen floor gets flooded every time it rains as the skylights are still broken. ABSA is always on time to get their debit order for the insurance from me - but has made no attempt to actually do what we pay them to do. In my books, this is!!!
