I have dealt with Direct Axis over the years and have never received such bad service in my life! From not knowing the product, to not understanding basic english terms, to not contacting clients.
A week ago I applied for a loan and got approved on a amount. I had to send through my documents and it would all have been sorted. First, I had to phone to call centre the entire time to find the outcome of the documents, has it been received and is it correct. First of, yes, I needed to provide proof of residence. I was said that a affidavit would be sent to me - this didn't happen and seeing I was in town, went & got one. I sent the documents through and had to phone and find out it is not in order. This, carried on from commissioner of oaths that needed to sign, to the wrong documents that got sent to me, wrong amount that got paid out. The leader that helped me last, was great! Trying to sort this out, is worst of all. I don't have any documents and didn't sign anywhere - I just want to speak to that leader again, yet an "email has been sent" is the reply I get after 3 calls. All you want to do is sort out the problem, but no one is able to help.
