We purchased a motorvehicle in Jan 2013 and took out a policy with Warranty Solutions to cover the engine (as the vehicle was second hand and because you never know what may happen...) Well needless to say on our way back from holiday in November 2013 (with my 17 month old toddler and myself 28 weeks pregnant) our motor vehicle ended up on the side of the road. After being towed back to Pietermaritzburg and having the damaged assessed (overheating - this after the vehicle had it's regular services), we were told by Warranty Solutions that they don't cover the seal on the Water Reservoir and therefore will not pay for the repairs! Absolutely pathetic! They should rather sell their product and list the things they don't cover - or say something along the lines of "pay your policy every month and when something goes wrong and you need to claim, we will invent a reason as to why we (Mark Hutchinson) won't pay your claim". Shocking service. We are left utterly speechless and despondent.
