On the 29th July 2013 I submitted my claim for the Blackberry. The very same day after emailing and faxing the required documents I phoned to confirm if the documents were received. I was told that they have been received, I was then advised to pay in the excess fee for the claim which i did the next day. After paying that i scanned the receipt and emailed to them. I was promised that the delivery will be Wedsday 31st July. I followed up that Wednsday and also Thursday. The last story i was told Thursday is that their courier is delaying and therefore Friday i will receive my phone.
On Friday i phoned the call center again to follow up and i was put on hold more than 20min and eventually was given a trace number RW11683275, was told to check the item on [URL Removed] The item was not there, even the RAM people found nothing on this RW number. As per Finrite their turn around time is 72hrs from receipt of the required documents. How many hours passed since Monday [29/07/13] as i'm writting this complaint on Friday the 02/08/13?
