5 DAYS TO LINK DOCUMENTS SENT TO MY NAME

I APPLIED FOR A LOAN ON 15/11/2013 AND GOT APPROVED. I WAS THEN ASKED TO SEND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS THROUGH AND THEN THE MONIES WILL BE PAID OUT. I SENT THROUGH ALL DOCUMENTATION ON 17/11/2013 AND A CONSULTANT PHONED ME ON 18/11/2013 REQUESTING I SEND THROUGH ANOTHER PROOF OF ADDRESS AS THE 1 I SENT THROUGH DID NOT SPECIFY A DATE. I THEN THROUGH THE CORRECT PROOF OF ADDRESS THE SAME DAY AND EVERY DAY AFTER THAT PROBABLY 5 TIMES A DAY AND EVERY TIME I PHONE TO CONFIRM IF THEY RECEIVED THE DOCUMENT THEY SAY NO NOT YET OR ITS STILL NOT LINKED TO MY NAME. EVERY TIME I ASK IF THERE IS A DIRECT EMAIL I CAN SEND IT TO AND THEY SAY NO. WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY SAY THEY CANNOT TAKE MY CALLS. THE REASON I APPLIED FOR A LOAN THROUGH CALL DIRECT IS BECAUSE THEY OFFER SPEEDY SERVICE ETC BUT THIS IS SURELY NOT THE CASE. CAN SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT PLEASE HELP ME???
