Standardbanks Incompetent Banking Systems n Staff

I had reported on my account on the 14th Decemeber 2013 standard bank staff members said I will be paid out but I haven't been paid out and they only told me that on the 7th of January 2014. So for the whole of December and New years I didn't have access to my account. They also said they cant pay me and further to the on my savings account they also took out money from my credit card which I didn't even have. I logged that call as well and nobody got back to me for over a week until I called back today. So they haven't paid me R3000 that has been from me even though I followed all the procedures and been patient with them. I have had too many problems with this incompetent bank and staff members and poor security on their banking software. I hope they lose a million customers to FNB and Nedbank and ABSA since they are much better and more efficient because standard banks service has been quiet standard if you ask me. I also pay my card fees every month and I really think they should not be in business for being so useless and not protecting their clients money.
