22 May 2013 I sign offer to purchase on the townhouse I was selling.
24 May attorneys receive instruction.By 21 June attorneys were still awaiting cancellation figures. Centurion branch unable to assist. This was eventually sorted by the second week in August 2013 but only after intervention by very senior officials in the bank.
On 1 August I send affordability docs to Omphemetse Lephogole at Centurion Branch to ensure overdraft facility portion of the "one account" remains in place. - No further action taken by Omphemetse Lephogole. Reduction of overdraft after sale of property (28/10/2013) continues at R3700 per month).
December 2013 I request bank to stop this reduction. (At last some success).
3 Jan '14, I request Samantha Kasil (Clearwater) to change branch to her branch and to reinstate facility to what it was.
6 Jan 14 - Declined due to Vehicles in arrears (Bank statement, shows payment made on 4 Jan)
20 Jan 14 after numerous attempts to contact Samantha Kasil, I am informed that it is once again declined due to my homeloan (property sold in Oct 2013) being R225 in arrears??? They will now be able to assist me in 3 months. If I had more space I could tell full tale.
