Done on 11 December No Feedback Since

On 11 December at 10:58 R1, 802.98 was from my account via internet transactions on Paypal. I immediately reported this to Standard Bank. I spoke to a Thando and my reference no is; 6580894.

The following week I called to follow up on the investigation of this that occurred. They said that they will contact me within 48hours. They did not contact me. Three weeks later I followed up on this incident again, again they informed me that they will contact me within 48hours.

i followed this up via email on 13 January and again on 16 January. I've still not been contacted. This is more than a month later.

Can I please have URGENT feedback regarding this that occurred on 11 December! This is ridiculous!
