No Effort For Prestige Banking Clients

On the 11 Oct 2013 I applied online to upgrade my account to a Prestige Account, Michiel Naude assisted me and due to "System Problems" the application was only completely done on 14 Oct 2013. "Everything" was done, including the branch to where my cards should be send to in 5 working days. 7 days later no cards at branch since, only the account was upgraded and not the card. Spoke to Samatha Kasil at Clearwater and she re upgrade my account and said 3 working days. Still no cards after 10 days. Good service by Standard Bank to their Prestige Banking clients.
