MiWay
2weeks and no response on my claim

I was in an accident 2weeks ago, and the reported the accident to Miway a day after the accident, i have received no feedback about claim since the incident, the person i bumped into is now being inconvienced due to my insurance's slow feedback. This is frustrating as insurance company's are meant to be super efficient and helpful and this is not what ive been getting from MIWAy.!
