I have been trying to apply for a loan and my Nedbank home comes up as an expense. I purchased a home through Nedbank whilst still married and the house was moved into only my ex husbands name when we got divorced. Legal documentation signed with Nedbank to the affect. When i call the call centre i get told that it is not in my name, so why then does it come up when i apply for credit. Have escalated this to legal in home loans in November 2013 however still not rectified!
