I had an accident on the 4th of May, I called Miway and I was told I should call on Monday as the claims department is closed. I called on Monday the 6th, I was told I will receive a call from an assessor. On Wednesday i went and saw the assessor and he did his assessment, and asked me which panel-beater is closer to me, he suggested one and I told him, Fine. Before he left he told me I will be getting a call from Miway or The panel-beater in about 1 or 2 days to take the car in for repairs. Thursday passed, Friday Passed, I call on Saturday and I was told that, they did receive my accident report and there is nothing standing in the way, but the person who is handling my claim is not in on Saturday. Monday passes, still no word from Miway, I call Precious on her direct line, I have been calling the number from Wednesday and it rings then voicemail. I managed to get through to claims, the person I spoke to says She is on lunch and he will leave a message for her to call me urgently, 2 hours later, still no feedback or response. I call again, get the same urgent message excuse. Did I pay my premiums so you can just keep me in the dark, How long does it take to call a person? Fed Up
