My car was incorrectly assessed by an arrogant assessor at the Boksburg Telesure Branch.
A week and a half after my car has been at the panel beaters, they discover that doors that were assessed to be repaired only, could not be repaired. Therefore the purchasing of new doors had to be approved by the assessor. The assessor could not be reached for two days. Today 18-06, I was supposed to collect my car, when I phoned the panel beater, he advised that the assessor took so long approving the purchase of a new door, that the door was ordered late and he had not received it to date.
No one has contacted me to inform me of the progress. No one has contacted me to inform me of the hickups. I find out at the last minute. I have no means of transport now as I have returned the rental car 17-06. No body can tell me when it will be complete, and to top it off I cannot get hold the repairs personnel I am supposed to contact a Dial Direct.
