Its been almost a week since my wife had an accident with her vehicle and i am still battling with Miway to get an assessor to go and inspect my car in order for me to at least book my car in at a panel shop before they all close to avoid the vehicle standing at the assessment yard the whole time over Christmas. Every time i phone the call centre the helpdesk tells me that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and someone will phone me back... NO ONE PHONES BACK!!! this is pathetic and in the meantime my car is standing in the assessment yard without anyone attending to it and no feedback is given to me... Hopefully after logging this complaint someone will get back to me and keep me updated...
