Poor service

On 11/12/12 I lodged a claim with Miway for storm damage. Miway's contractor way supposed to come out but did not. With agreement from Miway I got my own contractor & submitted cliam. Had to wait 5 days before got sms from assesor. 8 days after submitting claim assessor came out. 7days later after assessor came out & after me phoning with no joy (Jana), I asked to speak to a manager (Theuns Botha) who still did not give me an answer to my claim who got the assessor to call me. On the 17/01/13 I sent a reply e-mail requesting a copy of assessors report & reasons why my claims was rejected from Theuns Botha & a folow up e-mail a week later. Till now I have not received a response almost 2 months later. Shame on you Miway Insurance. What poor service. Miway doing things their way
