I went to Nedbank in Killarney Mall on the 20th December 2013 at around 15h15 to request a bond restructuring. I was assisted by Meshack. The 1st thing he told me was that my request was a long process so in my mind I assumed it will take couple of months only to find that he was referring to the application itself on the day.2.He kept on misunderstanding me even when we called the call centre. What me off on the day is that he kept on sighing as a sign of being annoyed by me. There was a time that he informed me about a paper that was missing from my documents which we had to wait for a long time as his printer had an issue and that Cynthia from the branch had to sign as a witness. To my surprise he eventually told me to sign the documents and leave, that was around 17h00 when I left the branch. Today is exactly a month after being at the branch and I haven't had any feedback. I doubt if my application was faxed to the head office. I also strongly believe that the page that was missing, was never printed because of his impatience and disgusting attitude. I need Nedbank to call me with a finalised response. My budget was around the restructured amount as I had called the h/office prio
