Calling the call center many times without help

In 2011, I went to Polokwane branch for partial surrender and the lady that was assisting me, gave me a surrender. So it was cancelled. A month later I called the call center to check why they didn't deduct only to find out that it was cancelled. I opened another one 2012 and I want a partial surrender but I have been calling the call center and I was given a wrong information that. I was told there is a branch in vanderbilpark and I went there only to find out that the branch is at vereeniging. Then I faxed my documents because I went to vanderbilpark. A week after I called the call center again and only to find out that nothing has been processed. I was asked to fax again I faxed again on the 17 th, I called again today and on a call for 14 min without help again. I want to cancel everything, a supervisor by the name of Motlatsi promised to call me, and I am still waiting. What can I do for Metropolitan to assist me? Ref: 2432744
