I have a policy with Avbob since 2010 and I have been paying my premiums every month, so recently I decided that i no longer need this policy as I can no longer afford it. I faxed them a written instruction that they should cancel my policy. 4-5 days later I received a call from AVBOB representetive namely Mpho and told me that they have recieved my written instruction to cancel the policy so in this policy I have a choice to surrender it or keep it so I told him that I would like to surrender. He sent me surrender form, I filled them in and went to certified them and send them back. 2days later I received a sms saying that Avbob could not process my request as there's information outstanding so i called the call center and I was told that the person who was certifying my ID copy should also sign the surrender forms and I went back to certify the documents again and made sure that the officer who certified my ID sign the forms as well. I sent the documents back again to him and now the issue is my signature, they saying that my signature is not the same as the signature signed on the documents I signed back in 2010. I have tried to send them a bank slip as to prove the signature I
