I just recently made a purchase on ebay in which Paypal charged me R10 twice for My purchase.
Which I thought was rather hefty considering I wasn't even paying that much for the postage of my items.
I then decided as it stated on your website NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON PURCHASES, only on money received through PAYPAL, that I would open an account with you in order to make my next purchase on EBAY.
and to my surprise I was charged Ten rand for opening an account (Which is not stated clearly on the website that you charge people to open an account) and then low and behold I was still charged for the transaction I made online. I am seriously annoyed as I didn't even want to use your services in the 1st place but there is no way of making a purchase with out being charged for what ever service it is you provide.
I would appreciate it if i could receive my money back as credit as I think it is ridiculous that i have been charged R40 in the past 8hours for a service I didn't ask for.
