No Feedback on Progress of Claim

I am handling this claim on behalf of my mom and dad.
I've e-mailed the documentation to [Email Removed] on 2013/10/03. The mail was opened on 2013/10/06.
On 2013/10/07 my dad received an SMS which stated that "Absa Life requires hospital report to be stamped by the hospital for your hospitalisation claim."
I immediately phoned and spoke with Vundle, explaining that the claim form was stamped by the hospital. The seperate explanation of the long stay in hospital was submitted by myself, not the hospital, and therefor cannot be stamped. I also sent a mail on the same date with the explanation, also saying "should you not need my explanation of why he was in hospital for so long, please ignore it."
On 2013/10/24 I again sent a mail to enquire progress feedback on the claim. The mail was opened on the same date. Still no feedback received.
I phoned again on 2013/10/30 and spoke with Mthobisi, who first could not find the policy on the system. After he eventually found it, he said that he would give it through to the person who's handling the claim to phone my dad. Up to now still no feedback received.
