I applied for a student loan on the 3rd of january 2014, for my student fees, which were due on the 23rd of january 2014, which were then extended till friay the 31st of january 2014, we applied online and faxed through our consent form, which in turn we recieved emails saying that they had recieved my application AND that they had recieved our consnt form, i went in a few times the week before the payment deadline, they told me they would contact me and let me know the same day, this happened on three different occasions, when my grandfather then paid my fees to avoid penalties, i have been waiting for 4 weeks for them to let me know, and on the online tracking, it informed me that everything had been recieved and that they were processing my application, on the 31st of january 12:27 they emailed to tell me my student loan was unsuccessful due to the fact that my consent form WAS NOT RECIEVED. so what now!!!
