Poor attempted feedback

After receiving my annual increase letter from MiWay, I noticed several ridiculous things such as my motor vehicles being increased by 11.6% and 30% respectively (Yes you read correctly! 30%!), the 30% vehicle in the 20 months it has been insured has only had a windscreen claim, the other one has had no claims. My entire profile increased by over 15%. The SA avg. inflation rate for 2013 was only 5.8%! Further, 3 movables which I specified in Dec 2013 went up by more than 10% each, because apparently "the replacement value" which we agreed upon a month ago has now gone up by 10%, obviously seeing as the avg. monthly inflation is less than 0.5%.
Being annoyed about the fact that I'm being ripped off, I phoned in to voice my concerns. The person that I spoke to assured me that she will promptly address the situation. Two days later during a meeting, I received one phone call which I couldn't take! (I'm working hard to pay my insurance!). I received an sms 5 minutes later from Esethu saying I MUST PHONE HER BACK, without even a number. The next 3 days I did not receive a call back, so MiWay is literally just waiting for me to call them back at more than R3000/mth!
