Excess increase, Premium remains the same

I am very disappointed on how Miway is doing business this days, last month I called for a premium decrease which was done and later found that my
excess on one vehicle has increased to R3000 from R1000. I called in again and it was decreased to R1000 and got a premium discount also.
Yesterday I received a letter stating that my premium will increase to R3300 in 30 days on the very same vehicle that I negotiated 30 days ago.
Now Miway is telling me that there is nothing they can do as they have a lot of clients claiming who are on zero excess or less than R3000.
I have only claimed twice with Miway, my first claim was in 2008 after a stupid drunk driver bumped me at the back and the second was last year
for hail damage. Please guys get real, even if I claim and it's a valid claim, what's insurance for? The worst of all is, my excess has increased drastically but my
premium remains the same, that's lame. They can't even decrease my premium as they gave me a discount 30 days ago, this is daylight.
