I tried to phone Miway on 03 Oct 2013 to enquire why my instalment was increased by 16% (3X inflation!!) while my car's value decreased by 20%. Phone the Call centre: was on hold for 15minutes before the first person answered. He subsequently put me on hold for another 20 minutes.
Eventually got an option to re-route the call and chose the Sales department who answered in seconds. I asked for a manager and was told they are not available - I insisted and was put on hold again. Eventually spoke a person who promised someone will call me.. still waiting..
Total of "MY"time wasted on the phone without the query being addressed: 48 minutes.
Seems like it "their"-way to hook you as a client but then make it impossible to every speak to them again.
