Incorrectly increased premiums

I had to submit a claim to Miway in order to receive a "no claims" letter. A day after submitting the claim I receive a revised quote to my insurance premiums saying that I was in an accident on the 1st October (the incident I wanted a no claims letter for took place on the 14th, and I did not claim from Miway) and my premiums will increase by R100 as of the 1st December. I now checked my bank account and on the 1st November they decided to take off the increased premium amount which was not the initial arrangement according to them. It also took me an entire week to get a no claims letter from them, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me back since Wednesday last week as promised. The service is terrible and I will no longer be dealing with Miway. I want my money back as you breached your agreement by deducting the wrong amount from my bank account. I did not budget for that.
