Hi

I am a disabled female who has had so much trouble with FNB, I got tired and decided to close all my accounts with them.

To my surprise after being refused help from Carlton center branch because of access issues. I pushed a wheelchair in that scrunching sun to main street.
I was not treated well by the consultant and worse I was denied to close my accounts.
I told them I wont pay any bank charges incurred after this day 18.01.2014.

I am sick of FNB. AND I WANT OUT.
